Our fall season will kick off with of tryouts on September 20th at Homestead Park in Chapel Hill. Tryouts for players in the class of 2031 through 2035 will run from 5:00 pm-6:45 pm. Tryouts for players in the 2027 through 2030 classes will be held from 7:00 pm – 8:45 pm. Tryouts are free to all who attend, but you must register in advance through the link above.
The fall season will start with practice and supplemental evaluations on September 27th and will run until the end of the tournament season. During the fall we want our players to have the opportunity to play fall sports for their school teams. Therefore, our weekend practice will serve as the mandatory team practice for the week. We will hold one week night play league for our players who are not playing fall sports to keep their sticks in their hands. The official fall travel schedule will be announced officially after tryouts, however, our anticipated tournament dates are:
October 24th/25th – Charlotte Fall Classic, Charlotte NC.
November 8th/9th – NC Lax Fest, Raleigh NC.
Returning members of our program who played during the summer season already received a link to register for our fall teams. Those players can go ahead and sign up now utilizing that link. Players who did not play on a summer Hilltopper team may register for our supplemental evaluations. For each of our fall teams, we plan to put groups of players together based on similar ability levels for the best possible experience.
Players currently in elementary school are encouraged to participate in our fall rec lacrosse program, and will play in one tournament at on November 8th/9th.
Players who cannot attend our fall tryout can submit film to us for evaluations or can attend a later play league date for us to see them play. If you have questions regarding our fall season, please contact us at Carolinahilltoppers@gmail.com.
Members of our high school travel teams are also eligible to participate in our national team experience with players from the Valley Select, Hilltoppers, Columbia, and Charleston Elite organizations.
