Here are the Team Hotels for our tournaments this summer. It is strongly advised that you book a room immediately, as these events tend to sell out all hotels in some communities like Asheville and you will not be able to find a room later. Families are always free to stay with family members in a tournament city, but we are required by events to book with their travel agencies. We work hard to secure a couple of options for families. In some cases, families might opt to use rewards with chains due to business travel which will result in staying at another location.
For newer families, we want you to understand that we will not know tournament schedules until a week prior to the event (sometimes it might only by 5 days!). In some cases, you might find out mid week that your first game is not until the afternoon on Saturday. Please familiarize yourself with the hotel’s policy for cancellation. If you elect to drive down the day of an event and only need one night, you are responsible for all travel changes and cancellations. We do ask that your son be dressed and on the field an hour prior to his first game of each tournament.
