Youth Team Travel Information
Below you will find necessary logistics for securing your team hotel. We have secured set prices through our team travel agent, Ginny Maurer. We ask that you follow her companies directions for securing your team room so we can keep an accurate record for each event. It is not required to stay at a team hotel and you are welcome to make other arrangements on your own if needed.
- Please book your rooms as soon as possible. Once the inventory is gone and/or the deadline has passed it may not be possible to get you a room.
- If you have a hotel rewards number you would like attached to your reservation or any special requests please note these in the comments to agent at the end of the booking process.
- Do not call the hotel directly as this affects our inventory and possibly your pricing and amenities.
- Additional nights are available on most hotels. Please note which dates you are requesting to stay using the drop down menu. Schedules are not usually available from the tournaments until last minute. Please plan accordingly.
- For security reasons only the last 4 digits of your credit card are collected in the registration process. In order to complete your registration you will need to send the remaining numbers of your credit car along with the security code via email to Ginny.maurer@cruiseplanners.com. Your room will not be confirmed until this information is received.
